AIS message-type authority lattice
Commercial AIS products treat ITU-R M.1371 types 1–27 as telemetry. This RECORD treats them as authority classes. Citing a type is admitted. Querying a type on the radio, an SDR, or a paid feed is DENIED without a live key. pyais, libais, AIS-catcher, gpsd AIVDM, and MAGI-System are named and refused. Hugging Face SZL kernels are advisory mirrors only. Lattice classify is not the Packet 8 kernel.
